Venda D'Abato lives and breathes acting. Formerly a producer and assistant director in Philadelphia, Venda spent many days on set wishing she was in front of the camera instead of behind it. In order to pursue her passion for acting, Venda relocated to her home state of Texas, and then again to Louisiana, one of the nation's most popular locations for moviemaking.

Venda spends most of her professional time in Shreveport, where she is working to expand her work into mainstream Hollywood SAG films.

Venda's most recent films include the Randall Reeder film Stabbin' Kabin and the independent features What is Gothic?; 101 Secrets; and The Innocence Saga.

This young actress has only just begun to show the industry her talents! Venda is easily understood by the motto she lives by: Great things come with great sacrifice.

Recently, the film Hardball: All Balls Don't Bounce, in which Venda costars as Karina, a young Russian woman sold into sex slavery in the US, was a category winner at the Action on Film International Film Festival in Los Angeles.
